daughter with jacobsen syndrome

my daughter has jacobsen syndrome we just found out at 2 years old i want to talk to other familys that are dealing with this also she does not talk

We have a daughter that just turned 3. She was diagnosed shortly after birth with Jacobsens.  She is developing relatively normal in all areas except speech. Her speech therapists have diagnosed her condtion as Apraxia of speech.  Please respond, I would like to discuss this in more detail with you.
