from my experience and family members' experiences... here goes, LOL!

similac - constipates after a while, excess spit up
enfamil - constipates some and makes for very rancid diapers
nutramigen - very expensive but good for reflux
good start - great for constipation, has comfot proteins to help with that and spit-up

So for those who are or have FF... what have you/do you use and what are your likes/dislikes?

we use good start natural cultures, everything else make him fussy and constipated. i think it has something to do with the fact that when you use the other formulas you get this beady residue that is harder on his tummy, the good start completely dissolves with no residue and he is less gassy, fussy and more regular on it. plus the natural cultures is suppose to promote a similar immune response as breast feeding.

I've found some of the expert advice doesn't work for my family. I couldn't find
a place to discuss it so I made
one- a critisism free forum for moms who don't
always keep to the expert's rules. Come share what's worked & not for you.

We use Simiac Sensitive.. She's always been a constipated baby so I don't know if it's because of the formula or what.  I started with Nestle Good Start..she had colic so then I used the Alimentium (same at the Nutramigen only Similac Brand), and now we're on Similac Sensitive.

So far so good..
