I'm sorry to tell you they are not valid coupons. and no, I have no vendette against afullcup as a poster tried to claim, quite a silly claim.

I always contact manufacturers when i run across new coupon sites to make sure i am not costing the stores i shop at money and raising the likelihood they will stop taking printed coupons. when i found out about afullcup i did the same. I contacted every company that had a coupon on their coupon generator and every one i got back said they were not valid with a message like this one from p&g about a downy coupon (except one that said they couldn't view the site for security reasons but that they only provided coupons through one site and that was not that site)

Thanks for contacting us, Jacalyn.

The Downy coupon on the link that you sent is not a legitimate P&G coupon.  We don't offer these types of coupons due to the potential for fraud.  You may want to return to the site where they were located to discuss this issue.

Since you enjoy using coupons, you might want to check out the following site to see when our next P&G brandSAVER newspaper insert is available.  Each month this insert contains valid P&G coupons for a variety of our products:   http://www.brandsaver.com/cr

While you're there, why not register to receive our monthly online magazine dedicated to simple solutions, great offers, and promotions from the P&G family of brands.  Here's a direct link to the P&G brandSAVER registration form:

Hope you'll stop by.

I know from being a manager at a grocery store how much money fraudelent coupons cost retailers because the manufacturers won't redeems them, so everytime they take one of those coupons they are just losing that money. I personally will not do that to a store and that is why I always check sources before I use a new site, especially one that looks suspicous as this one did (to me). If you do the same with the coupons up right now and contacting their manufacturers you will get the same types of responces.

And please don't get mad at me for it, it's not my fault, I just did my homework, please do the same if you have any doubts. Please don't take my word for it, contact the companies that produce the products that have coupons provided for on the site, because that's what I did and that's how I know. Just send them a link to the site and page with their products coupon, I was nice and told them exactly which product the coupon was for & where on the page it was and they for the most part are extremely quick about getting back to you!

If you need help I will even look up the contact us links on the companies sites for you and tell you exactly where they are, just let me know if you have any questions. I'm not trying to piss anyone off or be mean, I simply don't think it's right to use fake coupons and wanted to let others know about it.

I don't know who you are or why you have this vendetta against AFC, but it's not very fair to make such accusations. I guarantee you that there is never a fake coupon allowed on afullcup.com - feel free to contact us if there is a particular coupon in question and we will be glad to show you the source.

SLANDER ~ AFC has a screening process so that all coupons are checked to be legit before they are posted for member use.

You should get your facts straight  ~ AFC has saved me so much money with all the deals they post and I get tons of freebies thanks to them.  Everything is 100% on the up and up!

I read this thread, and I have used afullcup.com.  I also used to be a convenient store manager and am aware of coupon fraud myself.  It does cost the stores a lot of money.  The sales associates take them, but the store is never re-imbursed from  the manufacturer.

I am sure that if you have your information wrong, and the downy P&G person was wrong for some reason, then afullcup.com should be able to show an email from them stating that the coupon was legitimate.

Then the people reading two opposite sides should see afullcup.com proving that they are legitimate with the manufacturing companies.  If they decide to prove so.  I have seen your evidence on the fraud side.

If you will look at one of P&G's websites, they tell you right there that they do not even market this product anymore - so of course they don't put out a coupon for it! LOL This goes right along with my firm belief that Customer Service Reps are NOT the final word on things - they simply can't know everything about their company.

https://secure3.verticali.net/pg-connection-portal/ctx/noauth/0_0_1_4_83_4_6.do

P&G developed a lint roller. It removed lint like a normal roller, but also had scent transfer technology to add freshness to clothes. The product's scented microdot technology infuses fabrics with laundry freshness, even on clothes that cannot be washed, and removes lint and pet hair without leaving remnants of adhesive on the fabric. However, the product was in a category in which P&G had little expertise and had never before competed. As a result of a deal between P&G and everCare (now oneCARE), P&G drew on everCare's experience marketing other lint rollers and introduced the Bounce Lint & Freshness Roller to the market in early 2007. Although the product was developed at P&G, oneCARE now manufactures, distributes and markets the Bounce Roller.

If you still don't want to print it - go request one via Snail Mail :) http://www.thebounceroller.com/coupon/MailRequest.php

i'm sorry, this confused me because it's not the product i posted proof for. i'm not sure how this retaliates it, nor is it an email giving you permissoin to market the coupon for them for either product. i'm sure your link to request the coupon is valid but that doesn't make the coupon on your site valid.

also, i can post similar responses from other companies, ones i'm sure you will have some trouble refuting because lowes responded saying that the coupon you have posted for them isn't even suppose to be available to the general public, only for certain members-

I was sent a website link to print off a coupon of yours and was wondering about the validity of it because it does not look like other printable coupons and the coupon looks scanned. I just wanted to know if it was a valid coupon before I printed and used it.

http://afullcup.com/upload/cmps_index.php?page=coupon_generator_misc

when i sent this the coupon for your product was near the top of the page and expires on the 31st so i hope you get to this before then.

and i must again say, i would better believe you if even one company had told me "yes it's valid" but they have all said no. Like Kao Brands' answer.

We are glad that you contacted us about the internet Curel coupon that you received as this is a fraudulent coupon.  The authorities have been notified.

honestly, i have no personal grudge against you, but this is what i found when i contacted the companies. i've contacted many of them as well as other companies about other printable sites in the past and been told yes, they are valid. for your site i've been told no- so this is what i'm reporting in the consumer review group. i'm sorry it's against your company but that's what i found

I would love to see your site free of fraudelent coupons, i have no grudge with it but at the same time i don't want consumers to cost stores money because they don't know they are printing fraudelent coupons, so i feel i have to report situations like this. Why don't you, instead of using a generator to offer the coupons just post links to them, or check them out with the companies yourself before posting them to your generator. it seems to me that you could have very easily got the same answers as i did by taking the extra step.

please also note that if in the future you post making assumptions that someone has a vendetta against someone (or any other personal attack) because they are reporting information to this group i will delete all such posts, and if the situation repeats i will have to block you. I have allowed it this one time because i am the owner and my skin is thick enough to take it. I will not allow anyone to make posters feel bad for reporting fraud on a company or reviewing one in less then glowing light. the whole purpose of this group is to allow consumers to review products/companies honestly.

I don't expect you to not defend your company, but i do expect you to do so without personal attacks.

Interesting.. did you e-mail them the coupon and let them see it? Because they said they couldn't check out the website for security reasons? Not fighting AT ALL.. just curious.. thanks!!

i asked if i could, but they didn't have the clearance for it. wow was this a long time ago ;-) but every company i emailed about it said the same thing, as you can see from some of the other examples i gave. There are definitly legit coupon sites out there, but this one didn't happen to be one. Just a good idea to always check with the actually company if a coupon is legit or not. have a great day.
