What doesn't? Do you tend to lose and then gain it all back? have you talked to your doctor or paid a personal trainer? How did it go?

I've noticed that no matter what I eat if it is at home then I can eat all day and lose weight but as soon as I start eating out then I'm in trouble. Yes I lose and gain I'm on a trampoline with my weight... things that have worked for me is adding veggies to my rice with seasoning it lessen the amount of rice yet u don't really feel it. I also have tupaware the u can use to cook in the microwave so chicken is easier to cook and helps with portion size. I've never been good at portion sizes

For me, I've done best with eliminating complex carbs. I follow the rule, if it's white I don't eat it.
Plus it helps that my pills I'm on will hurt me if I eat any of that anyways. LOL.
I just fail hard on the weekends!
