How did you get your baby weight off? Im stuck with the last 10-15 lbs and I want it off! Im doing Weight Watchers and I ordered a jogger but I need faster results. Any advice?

best thing I can say is to stick with it!

I read a quote that said "it takes 3 weeks to lose weight, 3 weeks for YOU to see it, and another 3 weeks for someone ELSE to notice... keep going!!"

I think it's true. I lost about 15-18 lbs over the summer just working out 3 days a week, eating right, and drinking water. The normal stuff.

I worked out for about an hour each time (some weeks I got 5 days in, most weeks I didn't!). I would walk on the treadmill and use some 5 lb (3 lb when I first started!) hand weights and do different exercises with them- you can google some basic exercises with hand weights- and do them while walking! This elevates your heart rate and works your entire body all at once- instead of doing a half hour of cardio, then a half hour of weight machines you can get it all done, and get a FULL HOUR of cardio and weights! Do the exercises until your arms can't move anymore... and walk at a pace that keeps your heart rate between 160 and 180 at all times. You'll feel it, trust me!!!

But keep it up. You have to build up muscle first, so you might even see some GAIN (muscle weighs more than fat!) before you start seeing loss. I gained about 3 lbs in one week, then lost about 8 the following week! It takes a while to build up your muscles, get your body used to all the extra movement (a trainer told me that your body will think something is WRONG when you start out- and start hoarding fat, water and other nutrients because it wants to make sure you're protected! Then after it realizes this is okay, it'll start letting go!)

Be consistent, mix up your workout so you don't get bored, and whatever you do, don't stop! If after 12 weeks you haven't lost a single ounce, then you can start considering other options... but don't quit ANY route you take before 12 weeks... that's 3 months. You can do it!!!
