Morning sickness already? UGH.............

Yeah, with dd I didn't get morning sickness until I was like 2 months along, and it wasn't bad at all. This time around I started feeling it around the time I got my BFP, which was only about 17dpo. I haven't had to visit my porcelain friend yet, but have felt like I was going to several times. So, since I didn't have such a problem with it with dd, does anyone have any advice for me about how to deal with it and still go about my daily life. Thanks so much.

Get some Lemon Head candies.  When I feel some nausea coming on, I just pop one of those in my mouth and it usually helps.  Although yesterday I did get prescribed some Zofran because I had been puking for 4 days straight, couldn't keep anything down, lost 9 lbs, and was dehydrated.

I've heard that sucking on ice chips helps, but I haven't tried it myself.

Yes with my son I would eat fruit loops or honeycombs dry....snack on them in the morning...even though I would get sick first thing then after i did then i would start to snack that would help it from happen more than once in the morning. Sometimes there is just no stopping it.... :(

Try REAL gingerale and saltine crackers.  Also, don't let yourself get too hungry.  W/ DS I wouldn't have an appetite, and then all of a sudden I would be hungry... which made me want to puke!  Nausea was def worse if I got too hungry.

GL!  Eat small and often.  I was hoping I wouldn't be so sick w/ this one.  And so far so good... except now it is making me nervous that I'm not sick! lol!

I agree with this, My morning sickness started about the time I got my BFP as well and I am pregnant with twins! Just a warning cause they say it starts sooner! I'm just about 14 weeks and I am still getting sick. Blah!!!

Sea Bands were my blessing :) You can find them in the pharmacy. you have to ask for them usually. They worked SOOOO well with my last pregnancy. :)
