some women have some spotting or even some bleeding, i would say try not to worry, and relax, if u start cramping u should probuly call your dr. or a nurse and see if they want to have u checked out, try not to worry, good luck...hugs

I bled several times throughout my first trimester.  I am currently 26 weeks with a healthy baby.  The blood flow is increasing so much at this point.  You can cough, sneeze, or lift something and those little veins pop.  I would not worry unless it is an excessive amount.

My eggo is preggo.  Due Feb 26pregnant belly

Minor cramping is not usually anything to worry about. Even though it's early, your uterus still has to gear up for what's to come. You're most likely just adjusting to pregnancy. Also, spotting and bleeding can be completely normal, and completely without cause or reason to worry.

I bled for the first few months of my pregnancy (about as much as a light period, but that was a "normal" period for me), and the doctors could find nothing abnormal with the baby... nothing wrong with the placenta, the bleeding wasn't coming from my uterus... the heartbeat was 180... perfectly healthy.

One thing I can offer though is that maybe you irritated your cervix somehow? If you had sex, or were just unusually more active than normal. While pregnant, your cervix becomes engorged with blood and some women will bleed because of this if they bother their cervix too much. During my months of bleeding I noticed I would bleed more heavily if DH and I had sex.

I've been lightly spotting since I was about 9 1/2 weeks and my baby is totally fine. I still spot from time to time. I had an u/s at 10 weeks and everything looks good with the baby. The dr did a pelvic and told me my cervix had more blood around it prob from engorging homones and that just to watch it. If all you do is spot, you should be fine but I would check with my dr just in case they need to check you for something. You could have an infection, something minor, or it could be absolutely nothing. Don't worry, try to relax, and rest when you can. My dr also recommended vagina rest, which basically give your vagina a rest from all activities til the spotting stops. Good luck and remember we're here if you need anything else!
