Early pregnancy question

Okay I joined this group because I was trying to concieve and late last week I found out that I was pregnant. About five weeks, I think. Actually, I am not totally sure because last month was my son's birthday and I was so consumed in planning it I don't remember if I had my period.

This is my second child and I have come to expect the morning sickness, but before I found out I was preggers I'm kind of embarrassed to talk about it but I just want another opinion about it, but I had some yeast infection like itching, and a thick white discharge. It has stopped now but I had it last week and the week before that. I was wondering if this is a pregnancy symptom or something else.

It is normal to be like that after you become pregnant. One of my good friends is a dula working towards being a midwife so I go to her with all of my questions and she said it was normal. If it keeps happening though I would see a doctor.

It is totally normal :)  Your hormones are changing and that makes some women get yeast infections easier. Like PP said, if it continues, see your Dr. and make sure anything they give you for it is safe for pregnancy.

CONGRATS!!!!!!! :D
