I was 8 weeks when the bloating started but I didn't start showing the actual baby bump until around 16 weeks. This is my second pregnancy too.

With my first pregnancy I didn't show until about 32 wks. With my second I was REALLY showing by 15 wks and I feel like I am very much showing with baby #3 now at 7 wks. Below are some pics. I can already feel my uterus right above my pelvis and its like all my stomach is pushing out.

Here I am at 6 wks with this pregnancy

Here I am at 7 wks with this pregnancy

With my first I didn't really start showing until a couple weeks before I had him (28 weeks) I'm so jealous of baby bumps. I think I'm pregnant now but not totaly sure and feel like I'm already showing! (I would have no clue how far along I am either) But it could all be in my head and all bloat!

With my first I was in the third trimester before I really looked pregnant to others.  With this one people started commenting about week 10-12.  I was really bloated at first and then that went away and I had a real "bump".  It's freaking huge now...it's as big as my belly was with Grady at term.

I get really bloated with my pregnancies days after missing my period. With my 1st, my pants were all tight right away..it was the same with my 2nd and now again with my 3rd.  I guess you could say at about 5ish weeks, although it's not the baby yet..I still feel like I'm showing!

I didn't get my baby bump til about 6 months with my first. Nobody at work believed that I was pregnant til I came back in about my 3rd trimester and I was huge! My second didn't pop til about 4 months, and this one I've popped at about 10 weeks. People are already starting to comment on my baby bump so I guess it must be there! People start to show at their own times. Each pregnancy is different. I know its real exciting when you start to show and feel the baby moving. I've been feeling this baby with little flutters since 9 weeks. The flutters are getting stronger but no actual kicking yet. Happy and Healthy 9 Months mamas!
