I just got off the Depo and had my first period from Nov12th till the 16th and 17th. I'm not sure when my ovulation is going to be and my next period since it's been soooo long. 1 1/2yrs since my last actual period. My ticker is only a guess right now.
Oh man sweetie im right there with you!!!! Im charting on fertilityfriend.com but i have only a faked start date.... since ive had no period. Could take months to get any cycle, even a messed up one. That Depo is garbage. Im finding that out lately. Wish the Dr would have warned me. Im also taking fertilaid... which is all natural and supposed to get your hormones back in check. We'll see if it works. Let me know if you have any questions. After this last month ive become a wealth of knowledge on this subject. BUT some things neither of us could ever know.
everyone is so different it is hard to tell. You could have it 2 weeks after the start of your period, or it could be later, it's hard to say especially just coming off of depo.
Are you planning on charting or temping or anything to keep track?
