I am 20 years young and married to the most wonderful man in the world...lol! Well I have a 5 year old son from a previous relationships. I didn't find out I was pregnant with my son until I was 3 1/2 monthes long. I know...crazy right....I never thaugh I was pregnant since I had no symptoms and I was just 15 years old. Well I tested with him on Feb. 11, 2004 and got my bfp! Great so I had my son and kept him. When my son was 2 years old me and his father split and shortly after I met my husben now.
After being with DH just a year, we decided that we wanted to add another memeber to the family. We have been trying since April 2008, so that is 17 monthes now. Well I have tried opk kits and recently checking my cervix. Well my last period was September 22, 2009. I was feeling really sick when I was getting close to af and thaugh I had the flu. On top of that I was having cramps as if af came so I was so scared of disappoint that I didn't want to test and plus this is the month that we had decided to take a break from trying to concieve but we didn't preventing getting pregnant. I figured a month off would help me get my emotions back together and we could try again in late oct/early dec. Well 3 weeks and 5 days after af was due I took a test and what do you know a bfp!!! I'M PREGNANT!!!! I was so excited and everything.
I made the appointment for the doctors and they performed an ultrasound. She said by my period I am due June 29th, but by ultrasound I am due July 10th. So she went with ultrasound due date since it is more accurate.
THIS IS TO ALL THE LADIES TTC:
Well I am not going to tell you ladies to come down or just relax and it will happen when it happens...I think that is just a bunch of crap...lol...plus I hated hearing that when I told someone I was trying to concieve.
Anyways, I LOVE YOU LADIES! You guys are the strongest, most knowledgeable, and very encouraging ladies I ever meet...(only online though lol). It takes a lot to keep going and even when you guys have a bad day you guys are here and try to encourage others. I don't want to leave this group...So i was wondering if I might be able to stay and help support the ones still waiting on their bfp?
