I still havnt seen AF went to the dr around the first of the month after I quit the depo shot...only had one dose in nov did not go back in feb...wasnt preggers then so dr said to keep trying...started feeling 'weird' having unusual discharge that smells a little odd, feeling bloated and all that. we tested sat with the first response early test and it was bfn wondering when to test agian??? Oh and i checked my cervix and it is super low??? whats that?
Update....
Ok so I couldnt wait and tested yest and t was BFN so I went to bed around 11 just couldnt sleep and I woke up around 3am feeling nauseous and hot. I got up and it made it worse so I went back to bed I woke up at 530 to take DH to work and still felt the same..DH told me I looked pale...came back home and went to bed slept till 11!!! When I got up I took my son to pre-k and came back and fixed something to eat...while I was doing this the smell of food made me so sick I had to open the door, I feel like I am running a fever but Im under a blanket b/c Im cold yet its almost 64 outside??? Im having pain in my lower abdomen down to my lower back...if its not better by tonight Im going to the ER anyone else have this before??? Sorry so long....
UPDATE again
I went to the ER Wed night and we got there around 9pm they ran blood tests and I wasnt preggo which was a bummer so after more blood tests and a CT scan the DR told us my appendix was inflame and he called a surgeon down to remove it. So my pain was from the appendix. We are gonna wait a month or so and start trying again so magic baby dust to all and hopefully we will be blessed soon...thanks girls!!!
i'd always say to wait at least 4 days from a bfn....but my sil had one shot of depo and then no period while ttc her 2nd for almost 6mths...and didn't get pregnant for a year and a half...i hate depo!
I would wait as long as you can to test. Depo really messed me up though, took me 6 months to get my period back, 6 months to get regular again and then another 6 months to actually get pregnant! It was crazy. Then with my daughter we got pregnant on the first try because I wasn't on any birth control. That is just me though, birth control really messes my body up! I hope it doesn't take you that long!
Wait a few days and if you don't get AF or a BFP by the end of this month go back and see your doctor. They can give you something to help it come back. I was on the depo and I didn't get normal till after I had my son and it took me a year exactly to get pregnant with him. that stuff is strong for a lot of women!lol. I hope you get a BFP soon though!!!GL!!
Ditto! I also hate Depo....and those implants. I always beg any friends of child baring age to reconsider before taking either of these things. They seem to cause problems for so many women who want to get pregnant after using them.
