so last week i got a pos opk deff positive than after that day they were negative. well i felt ov pains n took a test n pos again. could i of possibly o'ed twice this month? weird stuff but ill take it lol

It's possible I've heard of women o'ing twice! hey maybe you'll have twins lol.

I've also heard opk's can be used like early pregnancy tests but i have no idea how true that is

You probably just did not O the first time. This can happen very easily. Your body gears up to O but something interferes and it doesnt happen. so it has to gear up again.
