you can always use ovulation predictor tests to figure out your ovulation day.

What did you use to figure it out?  Charting, OPKs, cervical mucus?

Those predictors are just that a wide guess.  If you always have a 28 day cycle your fertile window could be anywhere from CD12-CD18 because your LP can't be longer than 16 days and shouldn't be shorter than 10 days - thus the range of possible fertile days.  That is how those predictors usually work. Some use a 10-14 day LP and others use 12-16.....  How accurate are they?  They are ok for people who are very regular w/o any kind of issue, such as a LPDefect...I would suggest charting your temps for a few months.  You will learn how long your LP is by doing so and thus know when you are most likely to O.  GL

Well I ovulated around the 8th or 9th. I know that for sure. But what DPO am I?

If you O'd on the 8th then you are 5DPO and if it was the 9th then you are 4DPO.  Sorry can't pinpoint it any closer than that if you don't know for sure.  GL and baby dust to you!
