Is there a law in Texas that allows the father of an unborn child to get the mother arrested for not seeking prenatal care and or not telling if she is getting an abortion?

Did you try to Google Texas law? It might bring up something. I recommend calling a lawyer or a 1-800 # if you can find one.

I'm not sure about if they're married...but if they aren't I don't think there is. But I'm not positive.

Well if she cheated then the baby is probably not even his.She could have been cheating the whole time.Just because she took a test and found out that she was pregnant while they were together doesn't mean it's his.And their is noway to find out until the baby is born,Plus if she is drinking than no one may ever find out. That's so sad.
