Stupid Question--Cycling Question

Hi everyone,

This is just my first month TTC this time.  I'm pretty sure we missed this month.  Used OPK and temp but for weird reasons BD was probably at the wrong time...some things can't be helped.  Question is...I have not exercised regularly since DD was born and now I'm taking up cycling.  Will training and trying to get back in shape have an adverse affect on TTC?  I know I need to be in good shape but it can be a little intense.

If you over do it or if you are throwing yourself into it then yes. If you start slow and work up you should be good. Gl

Im tryin to work out also but im starting slow, im also trying to get better at my healthy habits
