At what point after you ovulate does your CM change?

 i think it varies for everyone pretty much. you just have to base it on whats normal for your body... sorry i couldnt help tho, BUMP!

 As your body is preparing for ovulation it typically progresses from dry to sticky to creamy to eggwhite.  Your cervix also gets higher, softer, and opens up.  After ovulation, though, it quickly dries up and you return to an infertile state.

Your best chances of conception are in the days preceding ovulation.
