I am 6 weeks pregnant and I always feel nauseated but at the same time I feel like I'm hungry n my stomach feels empty all the time even right after I eat! I also wake up in the middle of the night feeling nauseated! I haven't actually gotten sick yet but always feels like I will! Does anyone else experience this??

I was constantly nauseous without ever throwing up for my whole first trimester.  And I was definitely hungry a lot!  It was normal for me.  HOpe you feel better.

I felt exactly the same way through my whole first trimester. The nausea finally went away, now I'm just always feeling hungry.

Try eatting/snacking more often you may be nauoues because you are hungry. I stull get that at 20 weeks when I get busy and forget to eat. Gl momma
