Okay ladies af finally came today-which I was actually glad since this past cycle was crazy & weird. I'm geting really frustrated & thought about giving up but sigh...part of me just can't, so on to next month. So I decided to try evening primose oil-got some tonight. Today is cd1 so from what I've read from you ladies before I take it every day starting now until I get a +opk right? Or is that wrong. Also it says its 1000mg-so just 1 a day right? Thanks in advance...

Yes, from CD 1-O and you can take 500-3000mg a day. I personally took 1500. and drink LOTS of water with it.

I honestly believe it's what helped me get a bfp because before EPO I didn't have anything close to fertile cm.

I don't understand why you have to stop taking it after O? It's for uterine health anyway so why can't you just take it all the time?
