Welcome!

I would suggest charting your temps & CM & using opks.  This will tell you when ovulation is about to happen so you can have sex & if you really did ovulate.  It'll also give you lots of other valuable info about your cycle.

Fertilityfriend.com has a good charting software & good info to get you going with taking your morning temp & charting CM.

I can relate! I'm 28 and about to turn 29 on Saturday. My fiance and I have been together for 5 years and we've been ttc since February '10. We had a chemical pregnancy in January and I feel like we may have had a couple other early miscarriages that I was just lucky enough not to catch POAS.

I've been using www.fertilityfriend.com and it has been really helpful. I temped for a while but found it to be too stressful and then such a letdown every month when AF came. We're gonna go see a fertility specialist in the coming months and see what more we can do.

It was nice to meet you & good luck!

Hey,

Welcome to the group!  We are all new to somethign ocne in a while, so you will fit right in with us :)

I know its tough, when you hit that "anniversary".  At this point, since it has been a year, I woudl talk to your OB about it.  Try to find one that also specializes in infertiltiy (you'd be surprised).  They can give youa lot more answers about what you could be doing wrong, or what your body could be doing wrong :)

Hopefully its an easy answer for you guys!

Have you been to a fertility specialist yet?
