I'm gonna try them, since I discovered this morning my cervix is tilted backwards. They are safe for 12hrs, so I'm thinking after sex, I'll leave it in till I get up in the morning to pee.  My problem is they aren't very comfortable for me...but it's worth a lil discomfort!  GL

I've heard good things about them. I've never tried them though. Good luck

There are pretty good directions on the box.  I just "squish" them and insert them towards the "back wall".  If that makes sense.  LOL!!  It's like putting in a Nuva ring by hand.  I find them a lil uncomfortable at first, but like I said, if it helps with pregnancy, it's worth it!  LOL

I bought some but they kinda gave me cramps when i tried to insert one...then I freaked out and pulled it out real quick. I'm too scared to try again...
