Water, Grapefruit Juice and Soy Milk....

Any one heard about any of these increasing fertility? I just read on a site where several women claimed they help you ovulate and increase your chances of conceiving. I hate soy milk and Grape Fruit juice but I can handle once a day like they claim is all it takes if it helps me get pregnant.

i think water did it for me! it increases your cerivcal mucus! i worked out everyday for almost a full month and just drank water as my only beverage and man did i have numerous amounts of ewcm that month! i got pregnant!

It's the certain vitamin in the soy and juice that help and they are the same ones in a prenatal

soy milk isnt good if you have a thyroid problem.. just a heads up...

I'm not much of a water drinker but believe me I just became one Today! Thanks so much! what kind of workout did you do?

Thanks for letting me know because I already take a daily vitamin and I would be willing to drink that stuff but glad I don't have too! lol5

 Soy is ok, but it should only be used for a limited time in the beginning of your cycle and that's it.
