I got positive opk on Monday, but by today still NO temp change. Is this normal? This is my first time to track both.

When temp does change, does that mean the egg has already released?

We BD Monday, but didn't Tues. I'm a little nervous its too late. Will try tonight.

Normally you O within 12-36 hours of getting a positive opk.  But, temping is important because we don't always ovulate just because we get a positive opk.  Sometimes our body builds up to ovulating but then doesn't for some reason.

This cycle, I got a positive opk on Sept 2 but didn't ovulate until Sept 6.

The temp spike means the egg has already been released.

Every other day is fine so you should be good if you BD tonight.

When you see temp rise then yes the egg is released. Some women have slow rising post o temps. Also you can o up to 36 hours after your surge. This may be you. You can post your chart for us to look at. Lastly you body may have tried to o but for whatever reason yo did not release an egg. I would bd tonight also. If you released an egg today then it may still be there. Good luck
