Hi I'm very new to this I don't even understand many of the acronyms used but I'm learning my husband and I have been ttc consistently for the past 8 months. My husband has kids from a previous relationship but I have no children. Getting a bit discouraged after a few tests recommended by my fertility specialist ... My cycle is generally around 21 days and tests reveal that ovulate pretty early also found out from my husbands semen analysis that a large percentage of his semen are abnormal. The doctor is having me repeat hormone tests because the first seem to indicate on cycle day 2 my estrogen level was off the charts and would seem to indicate I was at cycle day 14/15... I'm feeling frustrated and to top it off when the Dr. Tried to do the test to check if my tubes are ok he could not insert the catheter due to my cervix being closed so now I have to go through the procedure in the OR ... Or get localized anesthesia ... Feeling like there is so much against us is there anyone else that has gone through this ?

I am sorry you are having to go through all of that. I hope things start turning around for you soon! GL and welcome to the group :)

Have you tried giving your DH (dear husband) a supplement to help his sperm? They sell some specifically designed for motility and numbers. Maca root capsules are all natural and are supposed to increase the sperm quality and quantity by 200% (and is cheaper than most others)!

maybe go for a while and not try so hard and dont think about trying, you could be stressing your body out.  I wish you the best of luck, just hang in there.

Ok so just as a pep talk.  Most healthy couples in their 20s to early 30s only have a 20% chance of conceiving a month.  So maybe its just not time yet.  I hope for some good news for you soon.
