I'm pregnant with twins any advise?
thank you...but what kind of meals are good to freeze what will keep the longest...this is kind of hard for me im 19 and i have a 15 month old already who takes up all of my time how do i make her feel like shes not going to be left out and spend time with her and get the rest i need?
congrats how exciting. how far along r u? i am really hoping for twins since this is prob our last. i am only 5 weeks and am holding out hope til i see our first sono :). did u first find out by sono? do they run in ur family? i think we have a set way down the line but no one since :( i hope to be the lucky one.
i have a 3 year old and a 17 month old. just try to include yours in everything you do for the babies. ask him/her to hand you the diapers, wipes, etc and make a big deal when they help out. try to explain things as you get bigger even tho they may not understand.
get help where u can, especially when u already have a toddler, sleep when babies sleep. good luck
I had a friend that had twins, and she said she treated them like one baby, for instance, when one was fed, she fed the other right after, when one needed a diaper change, she also changed the other. Obviously there are exceptions, but she said this worked for her so she wouldn't forget it one ate! Congrats and good luck!
Take it easy while you're pregnant is number one... after they are born, a lot of twin mamas will say to put them on a schedule, but it can be hard. Get as much help lined up as you can... if someone offers to cook a meal, or grocery shop for you, or come over to spend time with you and the kids, let them! Don't try to "supermom" things right after delivery... there will be time for that when the babies are older. It is super hard and exhausting the first few weeks after they are home, but so worth it :o)
Congrats :) I guess, just buy things little by little. Since you need to get 2 of everything, it will be more money to spend, but yayy :)
