Temperature shift but no ovulation?

I'm very confused.  I've been taking clomid for three months.  I took 50 mg the first two months and 100mg the third.  I had my progesterone checked months 2 and 3, and it was 4.2 and 4.8, so my doctor says I didn't ovulate.  But, I had a pretty clear temperature shift and positive ovulation predictor tests.  Did I definintely not ovulate?

Here's this month's chart.  Let me know if I shared it correctly.

Maybe you did ovulate but you just have low progesterone. If that's the case, your doctor can have you start taking progesterone supplements starting a few days after you ovulate. I finally saw a specialist after 3 miscarriages and she has put me on progesterone. In my previous pregnancies, my OB didn't add progesterone until after I got a BFP and bloodtests showed my progesterone was too low. My specialist said that's often too late to save the pregnancy - the progesterone supplements need to start right after conception to be effective in most cases. So if your progesterone is low, I would ask for supplements to support a pregnancy as soon as you ovulate. Good luck!
