Hello ladies! One question I just bought vitamin b6 to see if it can help with my pre af spotting but then I've noticed that in the prenatals that I'm taking has 100 mg of b6 already so now is the question:Can I still take more than that?

You can take up to 500mg a day but from what I was told, anything over 100mg doesn't really make a difference.

Can't remember where I read it but your body will obsorb what it needs and the rest is passed through your urine....I don't think it can hurt you to take extra but I think the norm is 50 -100mg.
