Ok I have been temping for the past 2 months at the same time but the last week I have been waking up at a diffrent time now 7 am instead of 8am....So my question is what do you all do in that case...Should I tempt at 7 am or wait till 8 am??

keep the temps just make a note of the change of time, if you are wanting to continue temping at 7 am if not just make note for both time changes when you go back to 8 am.

I use this website to adjust temps when I wake at a different time than normal.  I would do your conversions for the rest of this month when needed and then starting next cycle, change your normal temping time to 7am.

Yes, temp when you wake up at 7.  You likely won't get an accurate temp if you wait until 8.  You can adjust your temps by raising them .1 for every 30 minutes you temp earlier than normal.
