I have been pregnant twice and never had implantation cramping or bleeding.

Ive recently been having cramping and light brown bleeding and have heard that its very normal is just your baby attaching itself to your uterus wall. Mine has been in my lower abdomen. I thought it was period cramps at first.

Not everyone notices it - I think most women don't.  It is normal to have cramping just before AF is due when you are pregnant, although I don't think they really know if that would be from implantation or something else.

I know that fairly often when I notice cramping, I then have a bowel movement within an hour or so.  Which makes me think that's what caused my cramping.
