11 days late, 2 negative hpt's. Could i be pregnant?

Hello ladies. Iam new to this so hopefully I can get the advice I'm looking for :-) Iam in the navy and so is my fiance we have been trying for a baby for two months now. My period was due 31 of Jan.( I'm never late) so when it didn't come I got excited. Two days later, (the 2nd) I had what appeared to be implantation bleeding. Very light spotting which only lasted for 2 hours. Not even enough for a panty liner. I took an EPT hpt the next day and got a negative result. Thinking that maybe I was testing too early, I decided to wait a week. I woke up this morning and tested again using first morning urine. Negative again :-( So I finally went to base medical where they tested my urine once again...no luck. Luckily iam scheduled for a blood test tomorrow morning. What are your thoughts ladies?? Why can't I get a positive result when I'm almost 2 weeks late?

I'm sorry :( it sucks! maybe you did fertilize an egg and implanted, but didn't thrive? Wait and see what the blood test says and hopefully it'll be positive and everything is great.  A friend of mine never did get a positive urine test with her daughter.

Im SUPER late right now!!! Just like u, ive never missed my periods! I go in tomorrow for a urine test and if I am pregnant i'll be almost 10 weeks along! It's frustrating but even if ur blood test is negative, still just wait and see becuz sometimes ur hcg just isnt high enough yet. GL!!

How late are you exactly? And I heard that the hormone levels vary depending on the woman. And have u tried doing a test at home yourself?

I'm super late also, never miss a period and have taken 4 htp's all came back negative. So I'm going to the doc Monday to see if I'm pregnant or not and if not to see what is the cause of me not having a period. Good luck to you.

I have seen several posts of women who tested repeatedly and got BFNs when they were actually pregnant (hopefully some of them will respond to this post and tell you how far along they were before they finallly got a BFP). It's definitely possible that your hormone levels are just naturally low and so the tests aren't picking up on them yet.

As pp said, it's also possible you had a very early miscarriage (chemical pregnancy) and your cycle just hasn't restarted yet.

 I'm 5 days late and have all neg. pregnacy test. All signs of pregnacy to. It's agravating. I think mine is due to having my mirana taken out on the 9th this month. I think my body is going through the "mirana crash" even though I only had it for 4 months. :( Don't recomend them! I had way to many problems with it.

with my first daughter i never had positive pregnancy tests, i found out through an ultrasound and was 6 weeks along. i tested later in my pregnancy and still negative, so it could be that your hormones just not strong enough

It could never be negative in your bloodstream. It's either possitve or negative.

Right..BUT there have been plenty of woman who have gotten a negative blood test before when they are actually pregnant!
