any thoughts

I have been ttc for about 2years now. I have been on metformin for about 3 weeks. I am 7dpo here are my symptoms....
-menstrual cramping
-slippery when i wipe
-diarrhea
could i maybe be pregnant this time??

You defintiely could be.  Unfortunately, its hard to say until your period is due and you get a positive.
