which day do I count.

Started spotting yesterday and bleeding today. Didn't even need anything but pantyliner yesterday and got a tapoon in todaYy. So do I count yesterday as CD1 or today.

I'm surprised your doc didn't give you better instructions! My doc has been very clear about this.

He said the very first day you see blood count as day one then start the clomid on three.. I just finished it Saturday, my second round so well see! : )

Ok thank u. Wanted to make sure I knew my days. Yes yesterday was more of when I wipe I had some shouldve made that cleaarer too. On my phone is harder to get on. So I am on CD1 of cycle 2 since our MC in Dec. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I called my OBGYN and she said that the first day of spotting should be counted as day one.  I've also had a co-worker say the same thing....once you've started bleeding your egg has already dropped...so spotting counts as day 1.  I'd call your doctor.  It may be that not all doctors agree on this.
