it can be signs of pre-e or it can be nothin
thats why he's having you do the 24hr collection...do you have swelling in your hands, feet or face?

near the end I had a little protein in my urine but it didn't end up being anything

I have swelling in my legs and feet! I've had it since Dec but never had protein in urine! I've been on bedrest since Dec. This is the first time having peotein in urine. My blood pressure is not high.

He is just monitoring it for now then. I also have swelling in hands and feet but the face is something different, if you experience that then you need to call your dr.

Hey mama,

It depends.  For most people it  could mean that you may have a slight kidney infection, your sugar levels aren't good (high or low), or a slew of other reasons.  They will be able totell from your labs come in :)

Hopefully its just a on-off thing :)

Like everyone said, it could really be anything and nothing to get worried about yet :)  It's also normal toward the end of pregnancy when your body is getting "tired."  After your 24 hour collection, they'll be able to tell you more.  The 24 hour collection sucks though!  I won't tell you my results, don't want to traumatize you lol
