Any idea on the kind of symptoms if conceived with twins???

You would have regular symptoms as if you conceived a singleton.  The only way to tell if you have twins is by ultrasound.

I had normal symptoms in the beginning with my twins, but in the end everything is exacerbated, so if you have high bp its really high with twins and if you have gd its harder to control ext.

 I have read they are normal symptoms except your morning sickness may be worse other than that I read there is no difference

I dont have morning sickness yet ..ofcourse my period due date is today. I did HPT 11 dpo and it was really very strong BFP! Also am having trouble with my back. Its really sore and my stomach has grown so much .. ive started wondering if am 5 months pregnant. My friends say that I have conceived with twins ...

I didn't have morning sickness with either pregnancy(1st singleton, 2nd twins) as far as your test could you be further along then you think? I tested the when I was 1 day late and it came up fairly light. If you have a family history of twins there is about a 14% chance that you conceived twins. They really are something special, I enjoy every minute they're here, but to be honest I would never wish twins on anyone, it was the most painful thing I've ever been through.I'm only 5'3 so I was not built to have 2 babies at once. I started measuring 40wks at 28 wks so I got really REALLY big!

I found out by emergancy U/S last week that I am expecting twins.  All my symptoms have been fairly minor.  No morning sickness, sore boobs and feeling tired but nothing that told me I was carrying more than 1! Only way is by U/S.

How far along are you? As far as symptoms go, there is no difference. But if your dr has heard the hb and only heard one then it's probably just one. US is the best indicator of a twin conception.
