Period While Pregnant?

Do women actually bleed like their having their period when pregnant? If I didn't just have my period, I would swear that I was pregnant. My breasts are tender, I feel nauseous and I've had cramping and aching pains in my lower abdomen. I have taken a pregnancy test and it was negative but I was just curious how some women don't know when they are pregnant. Thanks :)

Yes you can have your period while pregnant, with my first i took a pregnancy test in the morning and later that day got my period. I got it for the next 3 months and still went on to have my daughter.

I had my period in jan and still got my bfp in jan too I had conceived on xmas eve......i just lost my baby at 9weeks

I have heard its very common. Id say take a blood test just to be sure. Gl =)
