So I started Vitex January 26.
Feb 1st I started a 14day round of Progesterone per my gyno....I just finished my last dose. My dr is tryin to "trick" my body into ovulation.....This is the 2nd round of Provera ive had now.
My question is, do I quit the Vitex now too?? Or just keep taking it and see what happens?

vitex can cause m/c as well as birth defects. my doctor says to stop taking them after ovulation then start again on your first day of period
