Well the obvious, unprotected sex. Multivitamin is always good, boxers, no smoking or drinking, limit caffeine, try not to stress and have sex every other day from CD 6 to CD 32 :) good luck! Are you trying for your first?

Thank you!(: He has stoped drinking and smoking. We don't drink a lot of caffine at all.. and we do have sex about every other day. I am taking thepenatal vitamins, but is there a specific kind of multivitamin he should be taking?  Thank you and yes we are trying for our first!(:

I believe just a mens one a day will work. But maybe call your clinic and ask your nurse. :) how exciting! I remember planning my first!

Make sure he is ready! I was stuck being a single mom for 5 years living with what I just made. I had to pay everything! I suggest getting married first....call me old fashion but after I wen't through that.....I highly suggest it. Oh and make sure he can hold a job! That was the other issue I had with my dd dad. He never held one longer then a month! Good Luck hun! Hope you guys are really truely ready!
