...but please keep my husband in your thoughts and prayers tomorrow. This past week we felt a bump where he used to have cancer (synovial sarcoma) and we're going in tomorrow to have an MRI and talk to his Oncologist. We're probably overreacting, but we can't help but worry about it. I pray it hasn't come back.
EDIT: Well, we got back from the Doctor. The bump ended up being some sutures underneath the skin and nothing to worry about. However, on the MRI there were some very visible spots that weren't there on the last MRI that had appeared where the tumor bed used to be. The Doctor isn't sure what it is. He says it doesn't neccessarily look like a recurrance, but it may be. He also said that the first time it didn't look like cancer eaither. He wants to do a PET scan this week and go from there. We asked him if this was just precautionary measures and he said no, that he is worried about it. So for right now, we are just trying to ignore the issue until we know something for sure but it's really eating away at us. Now we will play the wait and worry game for the next week until the PET scan. Thank you everyone for your prayers and support. I feel so blessed to have so many different types of prayers said for us. Thank you.
P.S. This isn't stopping us from TTC. We BD as soon as we got back. :-)
