i'm just shy of six weeks and have no symptoms. I'm starting to get worried. With my first pregnancy i had morning sickness all day, would fall asleep at my desk, and had cramping in the begining. I also had a lot of cm. Now i have known for almost 2 weeks and don't have a single symptom, i'm getting worried.

I would call your doctor and tell them you're very concerned that you're not having any symptoms because you did with your last pregnancy. They'll probably try to reassure you that every pregnancy is different (which is totally true), but it's completely reasonable to ask for a bloodtest to provide some extra reassurance. Ask them for an HCG bloodtest, with a follow-up blood test 48 hours later. If the numbers double, that's a really great sign. If they only rise a little, you can ask for an ultrasound at 6 weeks. Depending on their equipment, they can typically see a fetal pole, and possibly a heartbeat, by then.

I know it feels a little weird to call and ask for extra testing when there hasn't been any bleeding or anything, but I think it's worth the piece of mind to know what's going on with your pregnancy. If something doesn't feel right or is just really out of the ordinary for your body, it's perfectly reasonable to ask your doctor to check it out.

Good luck. Sending you some sticky baby dust! And keep us updated...

Same boat as you! I have some cramping here and there, bloating, and my nipples are sore but that's it. I'll be 6 weeks on Tuesday.

You are fine.  DId you know most people dont' get symptoms until they are 6-8 weeks anyway?  WIth my first son, I didn't even know I was pregannt for several months because i had no symptoms :)

thank you everyone for your replys, i'm starting to become more tiered, so thats a good sign. I did have an ultrasound already at 5 weeks for dates and size bc i have pcos so they can't go by lmp. They were saying i was seven weeks but i knew when i o'ed and was not worried when they only saw the sack and a little of tne yolk sack. I'm just not going to worry but thats not easy, lol.

You might be lucky and get away with not to many symptoms. I would say that if you are really nervous call your dr and asked to be checked to make sure all is good. Good Luck hon.
