There really is no secret.
Get to know your body. Start to chart use opks get a check up,all around obgyn dentist ect, take prenatal vits, cut back on soda,coffee,tea. No smoking or drinking for both of you. Bd every other day. Read the book "taking charge of your fertility". There is no quick job or magic or secrets to becoming pregnant. Best of luck
