Update in replies on page 2

My DH and I were TTC for a while, which made me great wit writing down CD1 in my calendar.  For the longest time, I was able to accuratley predict when AF was due to rear her ugly head in my direction.  Then life became hectic.  I still noted the first day of my cycle, but stopped noting fertility signs, stopped checking my mucous, stopped estimating the day AF was due.  I no longer cared.  DH and I had decided to put TTC on hold until after the move (we're moving in 2 months).

Feb rolls around, and I'm showing almost all the usual signs of AF's return.  Breast tenderness, tiredness, crankiness.  The only sign missing is my usual cyst pain (I have PCOS) that usually hits right before AF's arrival.  I even went into a panic attack when we left the house for the day and I realized I forgot my tampons at home.  The symptoms showed up around Feb 4th.

By Feb 12 I come down with a nasty bug (yep, I know it was a bug cause now DH is sick).  I don't know if the nausea was due to the sickness or a potential pregnancy.  By now, it really dawns on me that AF is late.  Doing some mental calculations I figure I'm about a week late, and AF should have been here I thought the 7th.  Okay, no biggie.  She's occasionally been up to a week late when stressed and/or I was coming down withsomething so it fits in with me being sick.

Also there was a weird hospital visit (I was having weird stomach pains by my rib cage).  The doctor kept asking if I could be pregnant even after they had done blood work.  And he said "well, I don't think it's an ectopic pregnancy because the pain would be lower down."  Before you ladies comment on the inadeqacy of my hospitals ER, I know (as does everyone who lives here.  My local hospital is a local joke, people travel over an hour to get to the nearest hospital that isn't OURS whenever possible)

But today is the 17th, putting me at 1 week & 3 days late (so I thought).  Since losing 60lbs my PCOS hasn't made my cycles more than a week late.. so I pull out my calendar (figuring maybe my CD1 was later than I thought).  AF wasn't due the 7th... she was due the 1st.  I am now 2 weeks, 3 days late.

I haven't posted much yet because I was technically on a TTC break until after the move, but I have been reading posts.  I know you ladies get a lot of "OMG can I be pregnant?" posts.  I know I need to test, that you're not doctors, and even if you were you'd need me to test.  I'm not asking if I am pregnant or if I might be.  I'm sharing that while I know it may be something else entirely, that I could be.  We're buying a test on DH's payday.

I just needed to share, since DH and I are refusing to tell anyone we know.  (due to previous miscarriages we decided not to tell anyone we know until we were 13 weeks along.. so telling anyone I MIGHT be would be a big no-no.  He's OK with me sharing here though since he knows CM is being used for educational and support purposes, especially when I can't get these things IRL)

Thanks for anyone who's followed this whole post, and sorry it was so long.

oh, forgot to mention another thing that's popped up about a week ago.  I always.  have.  to.  pee.  Yesterday morning (I kid you not) I went pee.  Washed my hands, brushed my teeth, washed my face, brushed my hair (which is short and takes 30 seconds to brush) and had to pee again.

wow.. and I even used the sweet pea for it without knowing.  Yeah I need to get my DH off the PS3 so I can get some sleep.. I might have made the connection if I wasn't so darn tired lol.  No, it's not usually tis bad.  We were given Skyrim as an anniversary gift so he's been obsessed with it lol.
