yes i am crampy since 3, 4 days in lower abdomen but exactly don't know the location...caz they don't seem like AF cramps....so the preggo ladies need ur help, can u plz tell me if u had uterus cramps then how did they feel like?

i feel cramps just below the navel but like someone crushing my uterus....and they are'nt here all day only for 10- 15 mins .....on and off
