Careful clomid makes u have inaccurate temps

Is this your first month temping?  If not, where were your temps at the end of last cycle, can you share that chart, too?

How are you temping, orally or vaginally?  You may want to switch to vaginal temps this cycle if you are temping orally, you can switch now, it won't hurt anything.

I can see how that temp drop & then spike up again can look odd.  That's part of why I'm wondering if you are temping orally & might benefit from vaginal temps since they are more accurate, esp if you are a mouth breather.

Clomid can cause you to have higher temps while you are taking it, although it obviously wouldn't affect your temps before you start taking it.  But your temps should go back down to your normal pre O level after you are done.  If you are taking Clomid days 5-9, expect higher temps CDs 6-10.

It can, however, make it harder for any charting software to detect that you did O, esp if you O closer to 5 days after stopping Clomid instead of 10 days.  I'm seeing that with my chart right now, I think I O'd on CD14, 5 days after I finished Clomid, but due to the higher temps I had on CDs 6-10 from taking it, neither FF or tcoyf are giving me a O date that really makes sense to me.  I know I did O, though, which is more important than knowing exactly which day I O'd.
