Question about OPKs that expire in 30 days.

I used Answer brand opks last cycle and had plent left. They are supposed to expired 30 days from the time you open them. I opened them on the 16th of Jan. Well my question is once they expire can they keep giving you positives??? Its only one day over the expiration date. I took 2 yesterday, both positive. I took one this morning and it was positive. So should I take todays as a really positive or a false positive?

So i looked up your question on the internet, and came across this lady that did an experiment. She peed on the expired ones, and the NON expired ones for a month and got the same result on both stick. They both turned positive at the same time, so I would think you are safe, and that its a true positive. Hope this helps! Go bd!

ANd you aren't that far from the expiration date anyway.  I would be more leery if it were like several months afterwards, but not a couple fo dasy LOL

I was using those but I decided to switch to the Clear Blue because its digital. Even after you pull the stick out the result it 100% clearer. The answer brand ones it looked like I had a + but when I used the clear blue it was - Good luck!

Thanks. The only reason I even bought these is because they were on sale for like $7 for 20 tests and it came with a hpt....I couldn't pass it up lol.

I used them for months but when we pay $$$ for sperm I wanted to be 100% sure I was ovulating. When I was just charting for months before I used them. They are great but to iffy for me lol.
