CD1....finally! Temp question??

Well AF finally showed this morning. I'm glad to stop stressing about getting pregnant for a min and just relax. My only question is that my temp is still elevated....why wouldn't it drop yet??

Any cycle buddies out there??

Sometimes our temps do stay elevated, at least for the first day or two of AF. It should come down soon.

I am CD 1 or 2 depending on which you want to count. I'm starting to temp this cycle.

I agree with GwenMB. Sometimes it takes a little longer for your progesterone levels to drop/estrogen levels to regain dominance.

Also-- Is today spotting, or is it the first day of red flow? I apologize if you already know this, but CD1 is the first day of red flow (not spotting).
