Opks aren't hpt and shouldn't be used as such. Sorry... try frer with fmu

OPK's really aren't reliable as HPT but can be used. The HCG hormone is very similar to the LH hormone the OPK's detect. However, you can get positive OPK's simply from the LH hormone still being present. Doesn't mean your pregnant. The fact that your AM test is lighter than your PM test yesterday probably means the LH hormone is just still present and slowly fading. I would buy a FRER HPT to be sure.

Also, when you're testing with a OPK, you shouldn't test right away in the morning like you should with HPTs. Best test time for OPKs is around noon. But I agree with KalebsMommy7408. An actual HPT would be a better plan, and FRER is always my first choice. :)

I'm around 13dpo now.  Had a very little spotting yesterday, very light pink.  Hoping its ib, but will go get a test today or tomorrow and test Sunday or Monday.

Thanks ladies!

I know a couple people who have gotten a positive result of pregnancy with an OPK. So I would just say back it up with a HPT
