Discharge and Cramps?

I have been taking progesterone (my first cycle taking it), and I am not due to get my period until around the 13th, more than a week away. Since Sunday or Monday, I have experienced mild cramping off and on, I feel like my period is about to start. I told myself it was probably the progesterone cream. But, then today, I started noticing I have watery, clear discharge. Like my vagina feels really wet. I keep running to the bathroom, thinking my period is somehow starting early. Any input? I'm hoping I am experiencing early pregnancy symptoms, but with my luck, it's all just progesterone side effects instead...

  1. Wet Cervical Mucus. Wet cervical mucus is the first sign of ovulation. If you find that the cervical mucus is wet, ovulation is happening and conception is more likely. Wet cervical mucus will most often also appear watery and could appear similar to egg whites.
  2. Watery Cervical Mucus. As ovulation begins the cervical mucus changes from sticky to watery. Along with the wet nature, the watery cervical mucus means baby making is a priority.

I am having the exact same thing, I am 11 dpo & 4 bmp still...........I also use progesterone cream from 3 dpo til 14 dpo OR if pregnant I continue..........

2 days ago I had some bad cramps in the am followed by brownish discharge when I wiped, then it stopped that night...........then yesterday just lots of watery discharge...........then today more cramps only light & I have watery discharge streaked with pink blood (very little)!!! The brown discharge I thought to be implantation possibly...........

I was always much 'wetter' when I was pregnant with my other 3 but I cant remember when it started, like how soon!

Hope its a good sign for us both hun..........good luck!

I would guess she already ovulated if she is taking progesterone.........??? I start my progesterone 3 dpo once I have had a confirmed O with BBT! I am also experiencing lots of watery CM and I am 11 dpo!

My cycle is normal, though, so I would have ovulated last week. I know what the ovulation discharge looks like because I get that egg white "discharge" with it, but this is not it. It just feels... Wet.

Wow! While looking up symptoms for myself, I read many things about implantation spotting, and it sounds like that's what is happening with you. :) I can't say I have been spotting, I've been looking for pinkness, or even brown, but nothing but clear! Either way, I hope it's a good sign for both of us. :)

For women with low progesterone issues or a LPD it can help......you take it from ovulation until AF or BFP...........for some women (like myself) I will ovulate but then before my body has time to implant my progesterone will drop causing my AF to show up early so then a fertilized egg can never implant!

If you take progesterone BEFORE you ovulate you likely wont.......... increased CM can also be a sign of pregnancy as a result of rapidly rising hormones :)
