when should i test??!

I'm scared to test and it be a negative, I'm 4 days late and keep having symptoms like tingling in my breasts and soreness being , hungry and then have a sick feeling ,cramping , lower back pain and may of these I never had when I get my period :/ I'm nervous and anxious and all these feelings and my boyfriends mom had a dream that I was pregnant twice and I've had one recently so should I schedule an appointment or take a home pregnancy test???
