Just had my first tests and my Progesterone is 3 and HCG is 345....doc not thinking this is a good sign. Anyone else have anything like this turn out positive????

The progesterone is not good. The hcg is,ok if ur early. I'm sorry ur going thru this and I pray it numbers get better

How far along are you? If you are under 5 wks your HCG is fine, more about how it rises then one number itself though.
You need to start progesterone suppositories IMMEDIATELY for starters, if they didn't put you on them already!!!
When I found out I was pregnant with my daughter in 2010 I started spotting which was unusual for AF so I tested, it was positive...........I was 15 dpo & the next day I went to confirm with a BT & my HCG was 590.6 mIU & my progesterone was 6.5, 2 days later my HCG was 1,531 mIU and progesterone was 6.93.............they put me on progesterone suppositories until 11 wks & my daughter was perfectly healthy, born at 39 wks @ 9 lbs 12.8 oz & 22"!!!

I'm sorry to hear that. Low progesterone will make your uterine lining slough. A pregnancy can't go on with a progesterone of 3. I hate to say this but it sounds like an inevitable miscarriage at this point with the low progesterone, cramping, and bleeding.I would definitely start progesterone at the very beginning of your pregnancies.
