Temps are more acurate as far as telling you if you ovulate. BUT once your temp as shifted ovulation has already occured where is with OPKs you get a 24 hr heads up once its positive. So you have time to bed. If you temp over a few months time and your regular then you would get an idea of when to bed before O. But otherwise I suggest OPKs. You can get a positive OPK but not actually O. It happens when your body gears up for ovulation but just doesn't. That is when temps can confirm if O actually happened or not!
